SIMPLY THE BEST. No student should leave Howard without taking at least one of Dr. Carr's classes. All of them have been top notch and packed tight with information and insight. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. | ||

I am not a morning person at all and for me to leave outta my house at 7am just to make it to class by 9:30 says alot. As college student I feel that its imperative that you take his class. No matter what he always comes to class with a cheerful demeanor and he is EXTREMELY brilliant! I'm taking him again next semester and u should too. | |
