Dr. Carr is simply phenomenal. My Howard Experience wouldn't be the same without him. Every student at Howard should take his class at least once. He is excellent! | ||

I found myself very intrigued by class discussions, but I thought that more test and material could have been covered within those discussions. Dr. Carr is very intelligent and is definitely one of the very best at Howard University. | |||
