Very interesting and easy class. Professor Smith was very knowledgeable and told lots of cool stories to help remember material. Actually ended up changing my major to hospitality b/c of this class. Tests were rather easy with some studying and the papers were a breeze. Overall a fun class and a great GPA booster |

don't need the book, but if you're that person that still gets one anyways to carry to class the first week...email me kcdauph@gmail.com - negotiable $35, bought used still practically new... I bought it and took it to class to look like I cared, so hardly wear/tear. |

I took him since everyone loves him. Honestly, not quite sure what all the fuss is about. I love the subject and therefore enjoyed the class, but he can be quite rude sometimes and he's a very hard grader on projects. Yes, his tests are easy because he tells you what to know, but he's not very understandable when it comes to difficult times. |

took him for themepark. hes super nice and he really loves his job and has a passion for hospitality. didnt think i would learn much but i actually did. it was easy, not stressful, and no textbook! just read articles and discussed them. you can only miss 3 days of class :) would recommend him |
