I liked this class a lot, despite the heavy reading. Prof. Lawrence is super nice and is willing to help his students. No tests or quizzes, just papers. | ||

I loved this class. I felt like I got out of it what I put into it. The readings are classic. It will take your time throughout the week. I would have to read while walking everywhere to make sure I got everything read. I loved the discussions, and the assignements which were few. I would recommend this class 100% from this professor. | |

great teacher. very concerned for all of his students. crystal clear with all directions and assignments. lot of reading but mostly good choices of assigned books. | ||

I loved his class. Lots of reading, but the mixture of history, economics, and literature made this a great experience. Prof. Lawrence is very clear about the expectations for the class and is negotiable if there are concerns. | ||
