Had him for AP1/spring '09. Fantastic teacher! Very intelligent! Very excited to be at DTCC and teach. He is animated and extremely charismatic. He really keeps students engaged during lecture and goes the EXTRA MILE to help students, even if he has to stay late outside of lecture. VERY sexy... I'd *f* him if he weren't homosexual... | ||

Dr. Alvarez was a good teacher, very energetic. You can't miss a class, most definitely recommend recording lectures. He was hard! But also someone that was willing to explain and you always know what he expects of you. Class started with over 35 students and by the final, less than 10. Good luck! | ||
