Remember to go to class since a decent amount of your grade is base on participation. Get into a good group. She post previous exams on blackboard and has review session b4 exams. Allows students to use previous edition textbook. Drop the lowest exam score. Allow cheat sheets for exams. Take her!!! | |

She is the best teacher in SJSU!!Go to class, ask questions, study for the previous exams (she posts them in blackboard) do the hw.She is a very patient teacher and always happy to answer all the questions over again until u understand it. Great teacher. Puts a high value of the grade on attendance. Read the text, show up, do the homework and you will do well. In fall of 09' her final was way too hard. She never curves, but she did by 10% because people did so bad. I earned a B. Easy to talk to and reasonable. | ||

Professor Abbott is an excellent teacher. Her concepts were clear and willing to cover any area until it is understood by the students. She is very willing to go out of way to help. It is strongly recommended to attend her review sessions for her exams. | |

TAKE HER!!! Hard class, but she wants you to succeed. She actually posts old midterms and finals online so there are no surprises, you will know EXACTLY what is coming. Cheat sheet on tests, one group project, and a few team quizzes. LOTS of extra credit opportunities. She is very understanding, knowledgeable, and caring. | ||
