Dr. Mitchener's class wasn't too bad at all. It's calc so there's always one or two sections that are a little confusing, but ask questions because he will take the time to explain. Online homework counts for a huge percentage of your grade, so remember to always do it! Tests are always much easier than the reviews he gives. | ||

I loved Dr. Mitchener! He is so adorable and one of the best math teachers I have ever had. Personally I do not enjoy math/really hate it, but he helped make everything so easy and understandable. He is so nice and considerate and even tells a math joke every Friday. Definitely take him he was wonderful! (But remember to do the homework.) | ||

He is very clear and helpful in understanding the material, which is one of the most important components to a good professor. You will certainly learn a lot. His tests are challenging, so be prepared to know how to work with the material at a higher level than what is on the homework assignments. | ||

Great prof, helpful ethusiastic and clear. Knows the material, teaches well, and challenges you. The quintessential college professor, a must-take. Doesn't stray from material though (i.e. not high on the fun scale), and can scribble like a maniac on the board so take notes and review later! Diff EQ wasn't too bad with him. | ||

I love Prof. Mitchener!! It's true, he is really nerdy but he means so well and wants his students do well in his class. He lets us have one page full of notes for every test. Tests are exactly like the practice tests.. he rarely collects homework. You will love this class!! | ||
