The rating's comment: Dr.Carr has to be THE BEST teacher on campus. Students who don't even have his class go to listen to him speak, hell, people of all ages come to hear him speak. He is SO passionate about what he teaches and he's not bad to look at either. I would DEFINITELY recommend him to any and everyone. I looooove him.
